ingredients:
1 1/3 cup cake flour
1 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup cooking oil
2 eggs
Procedure:
- In a large bowl, combine and mix the flour, sugar, baking powder and cocoa powder.
- Add the cooking oil, eggs and 1/2 cup of evaporated milk.
- Mix all the ingredients and add the remaining 1/2 cup of milk.
- Grease the rice cooker with oil or butter then put the cake mixture.
- Cook into the rice cooker for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, steamed it for another 30-45 minutes to achieve the perfect moisture.
- Add the frosting on top of the cake and serve.
*for the frosting, you will be needing cocoa powder, sugar and water. (1:2 - sugar and water) cook the mixture in low heat.
