vegetable nuggets

Ingredients:

  • green peas
  • potato (boiled and mashed) 
  • carrots (grated)
  • pepper
  • salt
  • garlic
  • onion
  • breadcrumbs
  • egg  
Procedure:
  1. In a bowl, combine the green peas, potato, carrots, egg, onion and garlic. A pinch of salt and pepper to taste. 
  2. Form the mixture. Roll into breadcrumbs.
  3. Fry.
*simple and healthy.
