vegetable nuggets
Ingredients:
green peas
potato (boiled and mashed)
carrots (grated)
pepper
salt
garlic
onion
breadcrumbs
egg
Procedure:
In a bowl, combine the green peas, potato, carrots, egg, onion and garlic. A pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
Form the mixture. Roll into breadcrumbs.
Fry.
*simple and healthy.
