May 13, 2012.... HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!
Every sons and daughters wants to have a wonderful mother and I'm lucky to have my mom, she's the best! She's very caring as a mother and as a wife. A woman that still manages to be strong in times of problems. A loving mother that always reminds me about good deeds, being positive in life and loving God. Giving me words of encouragement when I'm down but her presence is just enough for me to be strong.
Because of her, I'm dreaming of becoming a wife someday. I can see the fulfillment and happiness in her, it's very genuine. The dedication in taking care of us. And up to this point, treating me as a little girl. I'm very secure.
I will always be your little baby girl. Happy Mother's Day! Thanks for everything, for giving your life to us and for giving us life!

I love food with coconut milk, so I decided to create my own dish with the main ingredient - COCONUT MILK!
What is coconut milk?
Coconut milk is the liquid that comes from the grated meat of a coconut. Nowadays, it comes from different forms - in powder or in can which is very convenient.
So, lets start! This is another healthy dish..
Ingredients:
-coconut milk
-tofu (fried and cut into cubes)
-string bean
-tuna fillet
-garlic and onion
-oil
1. Heat the pan and put a little oil.
2. Saute garlic and onion.
3. Add the tofu and tuna fillet.
4. Followed by the string beans.
5. Add the coconut milk and simmer for few minutes.
Serve with RICE! :)
