Veggie Burger

I was inspired again to make another healthy yet delicious dish.

green peas (mushed)
chopped mushroom
carrots (shredded)
onion
garlic
bread crumbs
corn kernels 

1. Drain and crumble tofu in a large mixing bowl, add the mushed green peas and set aside.
2. Heat the pan and add olive oil.
3. Saute the onion, garlic, carrots and mushroom. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Add herbs and spices to the mixture.
5. Remove from the heat and add the bread crumbs.
6. Let the mixture cool, then add the crumbled tofu, mush green peas and corn kernels (it adds texture)
7. Shape the mixture into patties. Fry.

*eat as part of sandwich. Add coleslaw (lettuce, tomato, pepper and mayo) and cheese.

pasta 101 : pesto pasta

I love to eat and to cook and I can say that I'm a certified foodie. I love pasta! And I will share to you again, another pasta dish. My own version of Pesto Pasta. :) 

Don't worry, this is very easy to make. It will only take you a few minutes and viola! You have a pasta dish already.  So let's start....

Ingredients:
pasta (any kind, cooked according to instruction)
garlic
pesto 
tomato (cut into cubes)
tuna
Parmesan cheese

1. In a pan, put a little oil.. Add the garlic and pesto, and  the tuna. 
2. Add the cooked pasta and tomatoes, toss.
3. Serve with Parmesan cheese on top.

mushroom and tuna in herbs&garlic pasta with fish stick



Let me share this easy yet healthy recipe.. All you need are the following ingredients
-pasta noodles (cooked according to instruction)
-garlic
-McCormick herbs and garlic mix
-tuna
-mushroom

side dish
-fish stick
sauce/dipping
-cream
-tomato sauce

procedure:
1. Heat oil and saute garlic, mushroom and tuna.
2. Put cooked pasta and pour herb and garlic mixture. Toss.
3. Put Parmesan cheese [optional but adds yummynest to the dish  :) ]

side dish
1. Deep fry the fish stick (breaded cream dory)
sauce/dipping
1. Heat the pan and combine the tomato sauce and cream.
2. Add salt to taste.
3. Put cream and tomato sauce and mayo on top of the fish.

Serve the pasta and fish stick
