green peas (mushed)
chopped mushroom
carrots (shredded)

bread crumbs

1. Drain and crumble tofu in a large mixing bowl, add the mushed green peas and set aside.
2. Heat the pan and add olive oil.
3. Saute the onion, garlic, carrots and mushroom. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Add herbs and spices to the mixture.
5. Remove from the heat and add the bread crumbs.
6. Let the mixture cool, then add the crumbled tofu, mush green peas and corn kernels (it adds texture)
7. Shape the mixture into patties. Fry.
*eat as part of sandwich. Add coleslaw (lettuce, tomato, pepper and mayo) and cheese.
