Pole Dancing Experience

Last year I took up a pole dancing class and for me, that was an out of the box experience. I was watching on TV and pole dancing was featured and since then, I had an interest on trying it. It came to a surprise that my office is also interested so we went to Polecats Manila and give it a try.

This was I think the second or third time we went to pole dance class at 360 Fitness Club Ortigas. Going to class is like always a first time for me, I'm always nervous :) and thinking if I can do the stunts. 

And yes, I'm thinking what to do. I had a hard time doing the reverse of every stunts.

I also went to class with my ate Donna, meeting her again after an ancient years :) sadly, we don't have pictures taken during the class. 

This was taken after the class, feeling tired but fulfilling.  

I'm done with pole dancing and I want to try something new. This was an experience. Discipline and focus is a must. And be yourself.
